Subscription Terms for Norwegian Lab AS
The subscription terms have been updated and will apply to all existing and new agreements.
As a subscriber, you will receive regular shipments delivered free of charge. You may request changes to your subscription at any time. We must receive your instructions by phone, letter, email, or by logging in to your account portal at least 14 days before the next shipment. The exact cancellation deadline is stated on your invoice. We offer our products by subscription only.
1. THE AGREEMENT
These general terms ("Subscription Terms") govern the agreement for delivery of products to consumers.
By confirming your order of products from Norwegian Lab, you also accept these Subscription Terms.

(Hereinafter "Norwegian Lab", "we", or "us").
Buyer:
The person designated as buyer in the order, regardless of sales channel (hereinafter "the Customer", "you", or "your"). The buyer must be at least 18 years old.
3. SUBSCRIPTION
Norwegian Lab offers delivery by subscription only. All subscriptions are without binding period.
When ordering a subscription, the introductory price applies only to the first shipment. After one month, the next shipment will be sent with a 4-month supply at the regular price. Thereafter, you will receive one shipment every 4 months containing products for 4 months' supply.
Certain products and special offers may have different delivery intervals. Prices and delivery frequency are specified on the product page at the time of ordering.
4. CHANGES, PAUSE, AND CANCELLATION
All changes to your subscription, including pausing deliveries or cancelling, must be made by contacting customer service or via your account portal.
Cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the next shipment. The cancellation deadline is indicated on each invoice and on your account portal. If you cancel after the deadline, you will receive the shipment and must pay for it.
5. DELIVERY
After we receive your order, you will normally receive the products within approximately 5–14 days, depending on the delivery location. You will then receive subsequent shipments according to the agreed frequency. For special offers, large or multiple orders, pickup at a local service point may be required due to size or weight.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. You are responsible for any costs if the package does not reach you due to incomplete, outdated, or incorrect address information.
Delivery is available to selected countries only. If you wish delivery to another country, you must subscribe via the product page for that country. For an overview of product availability by country, see: norwegianlab.com/products.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
We cover the shipping cost for all deliveries.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is made via invoice or the payment method available in your country. You will receive an invoice with each shipment, covering the same number of months as the delivery. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice.
Late or missed payments may incur interest in accordance with applicable law, as well as any collection costs. We reserve the right to pause or terminate your subscription for non-payment and will notify you if we do so.
8. PRICES
Our prices include VAT and are displayed in the local currency of the country where the product is sold. Prices are available on our website and are valid until changed. You will be notified of any price changes at least one (1) month before they take effect, which will apply only to future shipments.
9. PRODUCT CHANGES ETC.
Changes in products, packaging, or delivery frequency may occur. We will notify you at least one (1) month before such changes take effect. Minor adjustments, such as packaging updates, will be communicated on our website only.
10. INTRODUCTORY OFFER
The introductory subscription offer can be used once per product per customer only.
In cases of misuse, such as repeatedly subscribing and cancelling to exploit the offer, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription without notice and deny future subscriptions.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under applicable consumer protection law, you may cancel the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods in your first shipment. To exercise this right, you must notify us, for example by email to customer service, within 14 days of receipt.
To validly exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be unopened and returned in the same condition you received them. You bear the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
If you have already paid, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount we received. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification to the same payment method used.
There is no right of withdrawal for subsequent shipments, as they are identical to the first. If you do not want further shipments, you must cancel your subscription by the deadline (see section 4).
If you return products not covered by the right of withdrawal, you remain responsible for payment. In such cases, we may return the products to you upon request, and you will be charged shipping and handling.

12. COMPLAINTS
We offer full complaint rights according to applicable law for any defects in the goods. The complaint period is limited to the product's expiration date as indicated on the packaging, provided storage instructions have been followed. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the issue.
Approved complaints will cover any shipping costs, and we will refund the amount paid for the products within 14 days. Contact customer service to file a complaint or with any questions.

16. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Norwegian Lab reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Subscription Terms to another party.
Norwegian Lab is not liable for operational interruptions, incorrect pricing, or delivery issues beyond our control. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, and changes in VAT or other taxes. We may refuse an order if you knew or should have known of an error at the time of ordering.
Offers are valid while stocks last, as stated for each promotion. We are not liable for misuse of products, and we recommend following the dosage instructions on the packaging.
Norwegian Lab reserves the right to refuse a subscription for legitimate reasons, such as suspected fraud or insufficient creditworthiness.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Subscription Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will first be attempted resolved through negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes will be brought before the ordinary courts of Norway.
18. AMENDMENTS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
These Subscription Terms may be amended from time to time due to special needs, legal changes, or other factors. You will be notified by email at least one (1) month before significant changes take effect. Changes that do not disadvantage you or are required by law may be implemented without notice.
If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel within 30 days of notification, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Subscription Terms.
